As his car sits right now power-wise... yeah, it's going to take a lot.
Tuning just the engine and suspension to put the car in the 9's is going to
be a difficult task (but one that I think Greg Dupree may very well be
capable of).But if I recall correctly, Dean has a full interior, stereo system, and
passenger seat. If he were to gut the car, I'm sure he'd have the power
to put the car in the 9's. And reguardless of what he had (or has) to
take out of it to do it, a 9 second Z is a 9 second Z in my opinion. But without gutting it, yes, 9's aren't going to come easy. I wish them
the best of luck anyway as I can't wait to see the video. (I just wanted to point out that his car probably is capable of it, but the
weight is going to be the issue to overcome)
